Just need to clarify that Ottawa Public Health endorsed the opening of schools for Monday and yet they have firsthand knowledge that NOTHING changed to make schools safer. Data shows that the opening of schools increased cases, so? (TBH I want schools open but safely).

When asked what Dr. Etches wanted to see in order to reopen schools: "What we wanted to see was (...) that rapid rise of COVID in our community. We needed to see that turn around."
The way she's speaking sounds like we're going back to F2F on Monday, but no concrete info. #onted
