Germany's economy held up better in the pandemic than it did during the global financial crisis, despite a second wave of lockdowns in the fourth quarter and the reversal of more than a decade's growth in employment and trade.

@Ralf_Lx @cnni Germany also has a thing where people don't become immediately unemployed, but get their work amount reduced while keeping a part of their salary.

@cnni This just shows if you got a leader who knows what he or she is doing, you can get through this pandemic without crashing the economy, instead we got a leader who makes every excuses under the sun and still making decisions far to late
